Jameela Beevi Memorial Centre for Teacher Education (B.Ed) kayamkulam is established in the heart of kayamkulam Municipal town, hardly one kilometer from the KSRTC Bus station. It is situated in an elegant location congenial for impartial education and learning.
This college is affiliated to the University of Kerala and recognized by the NCTE and it forges students for the B-Ed Degree examination of the University of Kerala.
Courses
Secondary teacher education programme is imparted at the undergraduate level, here. The education course that we offer is the Bachelor of education(B.Ed). The duration of the course is two semesters of 100 days each. Our present intake is 100, and it will be during the academic session of September- August that the course will be conducted.
